Dr. Lawson's Welcome
A personal welcome to this site from Dr. Steven Lawson.
I want to welcome you to the website of New Reformation Ministries. This site is posted with the purpose of promoting in these days the recovery of the biblical truths that once shook the world in the Protestant movement of the sixteenth century. This is what is so desperately needed today, I believe, a return to those grand doctrines that were the foundation stones of the church some five hundred years ago.
It is these transcendent truths—the authority of Scripture, the sovereignty and glory of God, the supremacy of Christ, and the doctrines of grace—which are most especially needed to be restored. Everything else in the church has a way of falling into its right and proper place when these cardinal tenets are reinstated. It is to this end that this New Reformation web page commits itself.
You will find posted many of the sermons and lessons that I have preached as the pastor of Christ Fellowship Baptist Church in Mobile, Alabama, as well as messages that I have delivered in different churches and conferences throughout this country and around the world. You may download these messages without cost for the encouragement of your Christian life and for the edification of your soul. You may also use the pod cast address in order to receive the sermons as soon as they are posted.
In addition, you will find articles that I have written that focus upon theological and historical issues that are presently confronting the church. Also, you will note some of the books that I have written that may prove to be helpful to you in the pursuit of biblical truth in your spiritual life and ministry.
My prayer is that God will use this webpage as a resource to help you in your stand for the truth. In so doing, may He be pleased to bring about a new Reformation in this day. May these powerful truths be reestablished in His church in this present hour. And may His name alone be glorified in all the earth.
Soli Deo Gloria.

I dream of a new reformation that is not simply a renewal of life but a new vision of life. As long as Christians restrict their Christianity to a religion, a faith that is compartmentalized and isolated from life, there can be revival but never reformation. We need to hear and do the Word of God in all of our lives."
